I never really know when Figurals will jump into my puzzles, but they're always welcome to visit! Figurals tend to hang around certain areas of the puzzle's picture which might interest them in particular. Sometimes they interact with the picture itself or even with each other!
Here I will point out some of the more notorious Figurals who like to visit often and have developed certain reputations. Come by and visit regularly as I am always discovering new visitors!
Buff the Magic Dragon
Buff is certainly the most famous of my Figurals, and he is also my Signature Piece. To learn more about Buff, click here or visit Buff's Lore to the left.
The Wandering Urchin
This young man, orphaned since birth, is constantly walking the Earth in search of things which young lads covet; high adventure, peril and always a warm meal.
The wandering Urchin will often be found walking along pathways and clearings, but can show up anywhere he thinks good fortune can be found.
Noop and Schmoo Bunnies
Which one is Noop and which one is Schmoo? I can never tell, but these two siblings are inseparable. They will commonly be found grazing in a field or perhaps hiding under a rock, a step (or even in a biscuit crate).
Pork and Beans
This lazy pair of felines can usually be found wherever there is a shady spot to rest. They have a particular affection for front porches.
Pork is the lazy one, while Beans is always ready to play.
Butterflies
These winged delights can be found almost anywhere there are flowers.
Whenever I discover them visiting my puzzles, I am reminded of my mother, who is the world's best Victorian gardener!
Here a butterfly visits a nice grouping of flowers sitting beside a farm house's front porch.
Here one can be found fluttering over a crop of daisies.
Trevor Turtle
Turtles are slow, bulky and devoid of dexterity, right? Well, someone forgot to tell this little shellback!
Trevor always seems to end up in the oddest places, and I can never figure out how he got there. Now....how did he ever climb on top of that wall ?!
